Parkfield Nursery Staff

The team at Parkfield consists of our highly trained and experienced classroom staff, our support staff who look after us behind the scenes and a strong effective management team.

Every single one of our team is a valued member of staff and we ensure that they all attend regular training to keep up to date with all the new initiatives in their own areas. Our staff attend regular paediatric first aid, food handlers and safeguarding training sessions.

At Parkfield every child has a Key Person who co-ordinates information about an individual child’s needs and development. They share this information with parents and colleagues to maintain consistency and continuity of care.

At Parkfield we regard the relationship with Parents/Carers as vital to the success of the development of your child. We aim to develop a partnership that is honest, open and trusting. This will ensure that we work together to give each child the support and guidance to suit their own individual needs.
